Where the Adventure Begins!
National Red Ribbon Week is coming up next week, October 26th- 30th, 2020. The theme for this year’s Red Ribbon Week is Be Happy, Be Brave, Be Drug Free. During this week, we emphasize the importance of making healthy choices, and that it’s the choices that we make for our bodies that can give us a strong brain and help us live a happy life! To celebrate, we have fun dress-up days for the week! We hope you all will join in the fun and celebrate being happy, brave and drug free!
Monday: Be happy and let your light shine BRIGHT! (Wear bright, neon colored clothes)
Tuesday: Be brave! (Wear your favorite superhero costumes – no character masks or weapons allowed)
Wednesday: Let’s be drug free for generations! (example: 80’s day! Wear your favorite 80’s costume. Pick a generation!)
Thursday: Being drug free is no sweat! (Wear your favorite sweats or pajamas)
Friday: Halloween costume day! No masks. Please make sure costumes are not scary and can be removed easily for restroom breaks.
