MEALS DURING CLOSURE UPDATE:

Tiger Family,

We wanted to take a moment to provide some additional information regarding the availability of meals for our students. Tuttle Schools has partnered with area churches and several local restaurants to assist in providing meals for our students who need them and we are ready to begin providing curbside pickup of meals on Monday, March 23rd at Tuttle Christian Church. As the number of students needing meals grows, Snow Hill Baptist Church will be utilized later for those who live on the eastern side of the district

For parents picking up meals at Tuttle Christian Church, they may be picked up at their new facility located at 33 SW 3rd Street. This pickup point is located just south of the Tuttle City Hall on SW 3rd Street. We will also provide delivered meals to homes for those who cannot get to the pickup point

Also, a dedicated email address has been developed for parents to respond to their need for student meals. Again, we are asking for our patrons to respond to indicate their need for student meals. The information needed is simply the number of students in the household, parent name, and a good contact number. To better plan for delivery of meals, we would also ask that you include your address that the meals will need to be delivered to. The email address again is: tuttlemeals@tuttleschools.info if you would like student meals.

For those who are able, three different platforms have been established for individuals to give monetarily. All donations are going completely to cover the cost of the meals being provided. The three links to give are as follows:

• PayPal – log in to your PayPal account and click Send Money. The dedicated email address for donations is tuttlemeals@tuttleschools.info

Parents, if you have funds in your child’s lunch account, you may also ask to transfer any or all of these funds to the student meal account. You can email Jeff DeWitt at jdewitt@tuttleschools.info if you would like to do this.

Again, thank you! We will get through this!

Sincerely,

Keith Sinor

Superintendent
